1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item has original tags and packaging intact

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons

  • Customized or personalized products


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at [your email] with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item(s) if they arrived damaged or incorrect

3. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider

If rejected:

  • We will notify you with the reason and may return the item to you


5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@venestina.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the problem

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


7. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already begun processing your order and it may not be possible to cancel it.
